Award of Excellence Nominations

The OACRS Award of Excellence is the highest honour accorded by OACRS. This award is presented to an OACRS or CTC affiliated staff or volunteers whose work on behalf of OACRS and its members has been extraordinary and has enhanced the lives of those served by CTCs.
Awards in this category will recognize an individual within the OACRS network who has advanced the interest of OACRS and its members, led by example and inspired others.

Eligibility:
OACRS affiliated staff or volunteer
CTC affiliated staff or volunteer

Presentation:
The presentation of the Award of Excellence will take place at the Tribute Awards Luncheon during the Annual OACRS Conference.

Nomination Process:
Nominations will accepted from OACRS and member CTCs.
Completion of a formal application is required.

Deadline:
September 15, 2011

Selection Process:
Applications will be reviewed by the Board Development Committee. Recipients will be selected by the Board of Directors. Only one recipient will be selected in a given year. Other nominees will receive an honourable mention.
