Ask Lindsay Moir
Lindsay Moir retired from the Ministry of Education in 1997 and has been assisting agencies, associations and parents in obtaining appropriate special education services for exceptional pupils. He writes an informative bi-weekly column using a question and answer format.
Parents are invited to email in their questions about the educational system at ask.questions@yahoo.ca. Lindsay will answer one question online each week. All questions will be posted anonymously.
